How to Clean Your Inserts
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR INSERTS
Place your inserts on a towel
Pour Hydrogen Peroxide on the top cover and let sit for about 10 minutes
You will see it bubble a lot (this is killing all the bacteria caught in the insert)
Rinse the insert off with water
Pour Isopropyl Alcohol over the inserts and pour off the excess
Insert will be clean and dry in the morning
(not recommended more often than once a month)
