Palm Harbor store owners named to Foot Solutions President’s Club.
Lauretta and Joe Fernandez, owners of the Foot Solutions stores in Palm Harbor and Largo, Florida, were named to the Foot Solutions President’s Club for 2008 at the Foot Solutions 2008 Annual Meeting in Atlanta.Foot Solutions has over 240 stores in the U.S., Canada and internationally. The President’s Club recognizes the 10 owner/operators whose stores epitomize the best in the Foot Solutions system. This includes consistent top performance in customer service and satisfaction, adherence to Foot Solutions standards by the store staff, and support of Foot Solutions programs and of other owners.
The President’s Club members meet with Ray Margiano, Founder and CEO of Foot Solutions, and with Senior Foot Solutions corporate staff at a four-day retreat to review Company programs, products and objectives; and to help set goals and priorities for the future to insure the continued growth and success of the Company.
“We appreciate this opportunity to exchange ideas with Ray, his staff, and the other members of the President’s Club,” said Lauretta Fernandez, C.Ped. “By involving key franchisees in its decision-making, Foot Solutions will make better decisions about its future and maintain its leadership in its field.”
This is the second time that Lauretta and Joe have been recognized as President’s Club members.
