I've worked with Foot Solutions, who in April did the computer scan of my feet (the left foot beleaguered for about a year with plantar fasciitis) and learned that the left foot was longer and the arch considerably higher than the right foot. That information was very helpful to my physical therapist (Mike Lewis at Wash. PT and Rehabilitation -- in Totem Lake, at 425/820-2110). I do leg stretches and hamstring stretches (yoga helps), but I must tell you that I wear these orthotics now in virtually all of my shoes. (My back pain has virtually disappeared!)
